Google 'Instant Previews' coming to the iPhone

Google Instant Previews on iOS
Google Instant on mobiles looks to be getting a boost from 'Instant Previews' bringing it in-line with its desktop counterpart. Tapping on a magnifying glass that appears next to each search result will give you a quick pop-up preview of said search result. Google has even implemented a Mobile Safari-like tab-switching for jumping between previews. It'll certainly be a nice feature for mobile browsing because it should save you time and data, preventing the wait for the site to load only to find out it's not what you're looking for.

Google has yet to officially announce Instant Previews for mobile, and it looks like only a few lucky users can get in on the Preview action right now. It's also unclear whether this will be limited to iOS, or whether Android will get the quick-look feature too. So keep an eye out for Previews hitting your iOS or Android device dear readers, and let us know in the comments.
